Worry not, just get some duct tape and it'll be as good as new!
Looks like an IAE V2500-A5 From an A-319.
Somebody didn't properly Seal the Cowling Door/Panels Correctly :P
This is the best way too cool down your engine, let it out into the cold breeze! Save fuel, energy and reduce polution :D
Does give new meaning to the Term "Air Cooled" for sure :D
