I think the Birds of Steel team had/have a lot to do with War Thunder.
Birds of Steel is going to be solely aircraft while War Thunder is going to be a mix of air/land/sea, which by the way, will be totally epic!
It IS the same developer that made BoS that now is making War Thunder, Gaijin Entertainment.
