Description
MIG-31 was built to intercept U.S spy planes, including the SR-71. It climbs 250 meters per second with maximum altitude being 21,000 meters. With first-ever PESA radar and new R-33 missiles, the U.S did not spy over the USSR ever again!

you think they are always flying with maximal speed ?
who will win depends on many factors , but i think that main factor is their actual position and weather, mig have good chances to destroy it or to identify it.
That Foxbat is actually capable of burning at absolute top speed at around the same speed of the Black Bird, problem is once you do that your engines need to be replaced :P
