Shenyang J-11B ? It is the radar warning receiver between engines, right ? I dont know much about chinese planes, maybe someone can tell us more.

Yeah most likely some Sukhoi...but those sensors on both sides confuse me. Never saw those anywhere.
They are optical Missile Approach Warning System apertures.
If this would be "Guess the shark", I'd say hammerhead.
