Someone knows why?
War against Russia has taken a toll on Ukrainian economy, oh sorry I mean war against "rebels".
The war, everybody ignoring the An-70, currtet govements crusade against anything that has/had Soviet ties etc.
Well, exactly what I expected.
I knew they would want to erase the good things and keep only the bad ones...
Basically Ukranians going off the wall. When the dust settles and they realize that the West couldnt care less about their commodities and exports, theyre gonna suffer and its going to be a far more bloodier political shift then what we have now.
The boys at the top thought they would have Euro contracts for days, they didn't have much vision in the end. A lot of their smarter employees fled to Russia after Maidan anyway.
One does not simply let one's installed puppet government stab one's biggest contractor in the back and get away with it. Anyway, props to Ilyushin and Tupolev... More contracts for them.
Well this is depressing... though not too unexpected given how stupid/douchy the Euromaidan government is...

Uh...I'm confused because I've read conflicting reports.
Same here. Will wait a few more days before I post anything more about it.
I neither want to vilified the Ukraine Government nor vilified Russia. But this is really really sad. The reality of our world where an legacy industry can be liquidated for agenda/money/misunderstanding.
