Description
Otherwise known as the JF-17 Thunder, the FC-1 outmatches the F-16 in all aspects. Designed to from the backbone of an airforce, this extremely versatile and low cost fighter truly deserve the "People's fighter" title of it's predecessor.
Are all of your posts U.S fighters suck, China is engineering master of warplanes? I get that U.S planes aren't the best, but every one of your posts seem to be condemning every modern U.S warplane to be outdated and expensive loads of crap.
Exzactly in which post I said the U.S fighters suck, China is engineering master of warplanes? Although it is true that a number of US fighter are too expensive & complected to be useful in a long term war.
'J-31 outmatches all U.S fighters except F-22' 'FC-1 outmatches F-16 in every aspect' I'm obviously exaggerating a little on the master engineer thing, but it's not that hard to see a trend on your Chinese fighter posts.
You can't say that the Chinese planes will slaughter U.S air power in a war if they haven't seen actual combat yet. This applies to the F-22 as well as it hasn't seen real combat either.
I said " it outmatches every U.S. fighter except the F-22 (Said by pentagon)". That wasn't exactly my personal opinion.
And as for 'FC-1 outmatches F-16 in every aspect' it's a fact. The JF-17 is cheaper, faster, can carry a broader range of ordnance, and thanks to it's diverterless supersonic inlets, difficult to detect on radar.
And again when I said that Chinese planes will slaughter U.S air power in a war? You really need to stop over thinking.
Needs a citation. I'll eat my hat if the pentagon actually had a press release saying that.
Saying the aircraft outmatches the F-16, which was designed almost half a century ago, is a little more reasonable, and that's not what people were dubious about I think.
Quite possibly somewhere in here Defense.gov . I could be wrong though, I don't really remember.
