Nah, center of gravity is too high. The recoil from a broadside would easily capsize the airship regardless of increased buoyancy through decreased gravity and higher atmospheric density.
I am the artist, you are the audience... I outrank you!
Cool technology you have there!
Also probably it's because of 3nd dynamic principle that railguns have recoil, could be wrong, i'm not an expert of the matter.
Unless it has some sort of Stabilizer for when it fires.. So that when the weapon fires something with an equal amount of force will turn on before or when the weapon fires.. Hints can be possible... Nothing is Impossible.. everything in science will be proven wrong.. it's why science is so awesome.. Any theory that has some logic to it could be right one day.. hell even theory's that make no sense could be right one day. That is the beauty of science. That could be a different more Denser kind of gas that Dread is using.. one that makes that dread feel like it is on water, but we don't know :P
Cant get enough Aerodreadnoughts! Too bad physics says this impossible.
hmm I believe this might work on a planet with less gravity and a denser atmosphere.

Unless you scale it down. Ie: 150mm for main guns and 75mm for secondaries.
Or even better, Railguns!
No recoil, no problem.
Except you have change the barrel after 4 or 5 shots.
BTW Railguns do recoil.
Hmmm, yeah you're right, can't remember where I heard that no recoil thing from. Load of poppycock it would seem.
You probably messed up coilguns with railguns.
Aha, that rung a bell as soon as I saw the name. Yes, that's precisely what I meant.

looks cool enough but what happens when your enemy is below you?
