I was reading an article that buying one of these is cheaper then you think. The main problem is getting them to fly again. I don't even want to know how much it would cost to rebuild a MiG-25..
then again i don't think the FAA would take kindly to me owning a mach 3 interceptor :P
Re-painting aircraft is always expensive, but if you wanted to convert it into some epic lawn art I think the biggest cost would be to transport it to where you needs to go (especially if you are trying to move it overseas).
