AFAIK there's a mutator to set the payload to the most realistic level, but that's for skirmish mode only, so.....

In the vector-thrust root file, there should be a folder named "Objects". After opening that, head to the "Aircraft" folder. Once inside, you should be able to see all the current aircraft in the game. Inside every aircraft folder, there should be a .ini file. Open that up in Notepad, and set the HP to the desire amount. I'm not sure how much damage missiles do in game, so you'll have to do a bit of experimenting. As for your ammunition issue, there should be a section where the available weapons for that unit are outlined. Just reduce all the ammo counts for the weapons to the desired amount.

Though all in all, Vector Thrust and Ace Combat are 'arcade' flight simulators, and I'm sure you know that it's been a staple of the series to have aircraft carry 40+ missiles, even on the harder difficulties. :)

From what I heard it (Ace Combat Infinity or whatever they'll eventually call it) was listed as 'consumer game' and NOT mobile/social bullcrap we feared of. Therefore the only possibilities are it's either a console or PSVita/3DS (hopefully not!) release.

Let's hope this isn't just another MMO BS as per Tekken and Ridge Racer.
