As you probably know now, so will the popular series about the assassination pure and their eternal struggle against the temple knights soon move to the Parisian streets during the French Revolution. Here, famous characters like Robespierre and Napoleon emerge and everyone will get the chance to join to storm the Bastille and help guillotine afterwards.

Already here we see that the game will not only include Notre Dame Cathedral and the central Paris, but also the rural landscape will be possible to explore. If we compare it with a map of contemporary Paris, we see that the similarities between the two are striking.

I really like how this is a 1:1 scale of Paris! However no matter how good Ubisoft's game devs are at making awesome games the marketing/publisher part of Ubisoft always manages to ruin/harm the game in ways that are completely unexpected. (ie. DRM, graphic downgrades, DLC, etc.
