when i started the group i made it so only i and moderators could upload, but since it is now part of vgar i have made it free for every one to upload pictures and other media. downloads can also now be uploaded by users but of course there are some rules...
1. only moderators can upload news files (every one else has no option to do this)
2. media are only to be about westwood games and cancled c&c's (so no ra3 or c&c 4 etc)
3. normal moddb rules
hopefuly people now that they can post will now form a comunity and not just some proxy moddb group.
One more note
some of you may have tryed to go on vgar and found it to be a private group...
on the 11th of june, VGAR will be open again.
