Also what i meant is both texturers and modelers, not only texture artists.
Hey, i was wondering if anyone could help me out with 3ds max 2013 problem i have. The model seems to Auto-Smooth the edges (What i do not need, i want sharp ''square'ish'' edges). You can see here: Imageshack.us . The one in the left it makes when i shape the object, but i need the one that looks like on the right side (I got it when i used extrude). I do not have this kind of problem on max 2010, so i dunno how to fix it (shut down the auto smooth or whatever is causing it). Anyone could help?
You have to turn it into an editable mesh and choose face or ploy and scroll to the bottom and there should be a big group of numbers, and under that I think there is a button called clear smooth or something along the lines of that click that (By the way you need to have selected the faces/polys you want to get rid of the smoothness from before you click that button)

Hey, im working on a half-life 1 mod "The Other Side" its the only thing im talk about but, im trying to modify the original half-life mp5 models (v_9mmar.mdl "viewmodel" w_9mmar.mdl "worldmodel" p_9mmar "playermodel")
To Have a sliencer, when ever i do it in milk shape 3d, it wither messes up with no sequences or has nothing changed except the weapon origin. please help me if you could tell me how or do the models for me i would be grateful and would give you special thanks in the mod's credits.

yes there is. just add one mesh in the group of other. then do with him what you want. if you want to connect their edges or vertices you can do it only when you attach one object into odthers mesh group. There is a button in edit mesh called - Attach.
