Its hard to see. There is not enough contrast between the background and the model. Looks good though.:) How many polys?

4223 polygons :)- i spent quite a bit of time on it and is 4223 polys high for a game. :)

4223 polys is way too muck for an average game. Around the 400-500 limit is ok. But you should use Texture and normal maps to make it look like a high poly model.

wow you seriously dont know what your on about 400-500 poly is a psp game

I looked on that site and found a poly count thread in forums and everyone was on about being 400-500. My computer cant run udk so I cant see what you mean. Dont be so harsh guys.

probably for grand theft auto or something earlier now polycount is way higher. :)

yeh i agree with inbredguppey but as long as its got lots of detail it must be okay i remember when i made a magpul masada it was 13,000 polygons i was so **** at 3ds max i did a turbosmooth or something like that and it went through the roof lol. :)

i remember seing on a site that showed the polygon count on most new games a crysis character actual ingame was 30,000 or somewhere near it polys. huge :) i also saw some car models ingame thay were 100,000+ polygons. forza motorsport.

they make it like that because all the computer technology is getting better so they ramp up the polygon count so people with good computers can buy them. :) i have a nvidia geforce 9800 gt. amd athlon 5000 and 4 GB ram so i can play crysis pretty well. :)forza is for the ps3 and the 360 is using most likely 3ds max and putting it into a game engine on pc then on to the concole. i dont know to much about how the process works but ithink it works similar to that. :) it also adds lot of realism
