A bit low, but very nice done!
Low poly, you mean? I'm still working within the bounds of the Quake 3 engine, and the map it's bound for will require some pretty heavy optimisation.
Fix the smoothing.
Smoothing is usually handled by a game engine separately. Nothing to worry about here :).
