Big name game developers should be shamefully squirming in their shoes right now.

This year's winner has outclassed those turkeys in every single way. Whenever I recommend a new game to a PC owner, without hesitation it's this title. It's a pretty sad state of affairs in the Big gaming industry when I have to cite titles from the mid-90's that they last produced that are still worth playing and were breaking some worthy ground at the time of their release, even if their graphics "aren't up to par" to today's standards, as if "mind blowin' graphics" alone are what makes a title GREAT.

CONGRATULATIONS to this year's winner!

For those who haven't tried it, it truly is a PAINLESS endeavor to download the demo and then, if one so desires, pay a fee to unlock the game forever. Its modding community is immense and dedicated, so the replayability of this title is virtually endless (hey, it's practically endless in and of itself!).

Another wise choice by the Mod DB crew!

I should DEFINETELY tried a few of them. I've been already playing the one that one this awards and i give truth that it is quite awesome, realistic and challenging.
Warlord sounds good too. I'll probably download it when I have time.

I think IronGrip should have won, never played any of these games but IronGrip looked more intense/cool to play
