Maybe he just dont have the time to find one (or two if you include the shotgun)? lol.
Just cause he doesnt have shotgun visible with him does not mean he aint having it holsterd behind his back or on the side :) trenchcoat concealed his shotgun. And a Dutyer does not need a shotgun if he has AN94 and a knife.
