I see, be careful though.. if the enemy is hiding in the dark, then it's not a good idea to hang around in the light.. just saying.
That's true, but then my screen would be quite dark...
It's a patrol though, so I'm moving from place to place in the Loner bar territory :D
Being in the light looking into darkness is actually a smart thing to do, it helps your eyes adjust to the darkness much faster ;)

Because sometimes NV isn't a option. During a mission thats OSP for equipment you have to learn to use your surroundings to their fullest. If you have no NV, looking from a lighted area into the darkness is the way to do it.
