Nature always restores it's balance. The Influenza A virus wasn't it's first attempt, but more so a warning of what was to come. In the end human kind was hit with something so horrible, so contagious, it efficiently infected the dense populated areas in a matter of weeks. Before anyone figured out what was going on, it was too late. What is left are the preppers, living in remote areas. People that were preparing themselves for a disaster. But nothing could have prepared them for this. You play a prepper, forced out of your shelter to look for supplies and perhaps other survivors.
