ZEQ2-Lite is an open-sourced and mod expandable project based on a highly modified ioQuake3 engine foundation and features many true-to-reference DBZ visuals and mechanics.
Useful project in it's nature, but the communication has to be reviewed. Not enough cooperation and organisation from the community, contacts and activity must be re-launched on the forum. Content promising as a video game.
Global development is actually slow due to the lack of coders and mappers, but the characters making domain is improving with new techniques for quality and optimisation.
Well done in global on the program side. Highly modable and a lot of things not exploited yet, but still has a lot of limits due to the old ioQ3 engine and additionnal unfinished/basic coding parts.
Gameplay quite advanced but not yet complete, graphic style and effects faithful to the anime, a quite big panel of characters/maps, but highly unstable, many bugs/glitches(some being dangerous) and badly managed ressources.
Waiting for the next stable revision or next version (unity) of it.
