Arms look just a bit too small for me. . .Chest could also bulge out a bit more. Otherwise, looking good!!

naw i think it looks fine
I believe Cell's torso should be longer and more muscular. Also, it'd be nice to see him next to Goku or Vegeta because Cell is one tall dude and I wanna' see the scale of the thing.
