Wright Flyer Game PONG! news

I have been working on pong, I need to add the scoring system, Ughh... (I made a versoin of pong last night, I do not like adding in scoring. First I have to ad sprites for each number in score, then an object for each, including zero, then I have to do lots of things to tell it when ball hits, if lives/health (depending on player) lower than this number change this to this, and repeat it for each number of score.) I also need to add some controls I for player 2, and this one is really hard, and if you can help out with it, if you know a way, make a single player mode, I need AI that is beatable, (But can beat you, and hit the paddle, and all that.) and is smooth. I can't find anything that meets that criteria online, and I can't figure out how to make it. I have found one that can beat you, and you can beat it, but it if it hits the end, it starts shaking, and it will trap the ball between it and the top wall, and thats bad.
