Since 1994 the world of Warcraft has captured the souls of gamers. 10 years later, gamers no longer command from afar, but enter the World of Warcraft themselves to carve out a virtual life in Azeroth of their own. Quests, exploration and riches await as gamers venture through the world on foot, on the back of a gryphon or with a group of friends. World of Warcraft takes place within the Warcraft universe, in the wake of Warcraft III and it's expansion. Choosing your faction plays a major part in the game, as you will be at war with no less than half of the races that inhabit the game.

Here we are! This is are second day in business, and I'm happy that the mod now has a ModDB page. Have an FAQ.
~FAQ~
Q: How will the servers work?
A: The servers will work as Zandronium's servers. A 'game master' will host, and the players will join. I plan on making a main dedicated server that normal gamers can join, but I cannot guarantee this.
Q:How does the map switching work?
A: It will use Hexen's hub system, as to my knowledge allows players to be in different maps at the same time.

I don't understand why people are still spending so much money on such a crappy and ugly game as WoW

This game was only good pre-bc.
When everyone was capped at 60, and the game was a challenge.
Now it's such a mainstream game and noob-friendly that it's just ... gay?
Heh, WoW is a game where you need to farm dailies, get pots for every time for 20.00 and update your computer with things to use voice chat//ventrillo. I don't like that, coz my english suxx.
Next. Game eats 80% of your life time.
Next. Since TBC it's really NOT interesting. TBC made game a farm-fest.
WotLK uses a lot more resources, so you need top computer to play it with good settings.
Next. Monthly bills.
Next. You will lose all your non-wow friends for sure.
Next. Don't Play WoW or Lineage. They kill you.
True. Also, somebody stole my brother's account on WoW and Blizzard did do nothing but ask for documentation. So I suppose Blizz is the typical mainstream company that doesn't care about the players, but their interests.

I had my account frozen for some time - now I've came back coz I've friends to play with. But the process of unfreezing was really painfull - you can't find prepaid cards in Kiev (Ukraine) for Europe client. I sent a few letters to general office - each time answer was smtn as use your phone to call to USA. I don't have that much money for waste on cross-country callings.
But I found that russian admins managed to fix all of my problems withing a week - not only reactivating account but also giving my old battle.net accout back to me. It was unaccessible coz google banned my email :( crap.
But now I enjoy the game with my recruits :)
This game is possible to play solo but it's way more fun to play with friends that you actually know.
You gotta become a decent level before the game becomes interesting. You probably won't even come in contact with enemy players until at least level 30. You don't have many abilities til like 45++ Player vs Player doesn't start getting good til 60+, when most of the Battle Grounds are available. Once you cap out, you start to realize just how amazing the game can really be. Then when you finally go back to other games, they just lack features.
Erm, I've 3x lvl 70+(one of them is 80 raider) and it's damn BORING, don't listen to him ^^
