3. Evaluate and choose employees, and assign them to whatever job you choose in your company. Create the company hierarchy.

5. Create and manage all the inner workings of your business from the inside out using an innovative visual representation that shows all the processes and activities in your business at the same time.

6. You will be able to analize maps that shows different data of the context of where you live and relating to how your businesses influence society.

7. Control of spending, finances, earnings, flow of money, etc.

8. Manage different variables of your business, money, times of processes, quality of production or service, client satisfaction, etc.

9. Study of the market to obtain and maintain clients and other purposes.

10. Get financing, create business plans, get help from incubators, accelerators, investors, get loans from banks or other mediums, etc.

11. Research and development of business ideas and products.

12. Buy and sell of real state using a world and city map.

13. Manage transport times.

14. React to events and news that affect the world and your business.

15. And much more.

Comparison with other business games:

While other business games focus on construction of buildings, this one will focus on people relationships in the contexct of business.

It will have many similarities between games like Democracy 3, Crusader Kings 2, Football Manager 2014, Capitalism 2, etc.

Also, almost all other business games focus on big scale businesses, multinational corporations, and so on. But this game will focus on starting from 0 a small business, with no or few employees, start-ups, and similar.

Why make this game:
To spread knowledge about how to create and lead a succesful business. This game will try to educate and inform people in order to give them the confidence to start-up their own real-world company, and trough it affect their society in a positive way, while reaping the personal benefits a succesful business might bring. It is meant to inspire and be fun too!.

Years ago I did a crowdfunding campaing for this game, we failed, but recently I started working on this project again.

This time, the plan is to make a demo/prototype to show it to some publishers, in order to get funding for a small group of developer, so we can work completing this game full time.

I'm aiming to have a playable prototype by february of this year, and have been working on it since July of 2016.

Right now it's just one programmer working on the project, me.

So, what have we been doing all this time?. Most of it is just code for the simulation, which we won't show because code is not interesting to show. Besides there is not yet an interface between the simulation and the player, so the simulation just shows cryptic text and numbers.

Right now I have been focusing on developing the player interface with the simulation, and that's what you'll see in the coming updates.

This is our procedural map generator. Here you can see different terrain types, whichi is basically a grid of rectangles painted with different colors.

Here is the same procedural map, but this time we can see blocks and streets. You can see more clearly that the map is divided in a grid of "sectors", or little boxes. Each sector stores different data, natural resources, value, population, etc.

Here we have a window, used to show information of a personal contact.

From here, you will be able to:
1. See the stats of the person, divided in different types of intelligences (logical, visual, social, etc etc)

2. See the person qualities (Shy, corrupt, extrovert, lazy, etc (similar to Crusader Kings 2)).

3. See the skills he/she posesses.

4. See the picture, name, age, and more.
