Even till today VANISH still scares me. I just find a dead end and as I look back, my heart stopped.
I would want to hug the developers one day for making this masterpiece.
I am really shocked to find out this was made with Unity3D FREE. This showed the developers gave a lot of manual effort and took NO help from Unity3D PRO at all. THIS is what I call "effort put to a game".
I am surprised to find out that this is still in Alpha and yet you guys did a great work. I am excited to see what you guys bring for the upcoming BETA and Full Versions. :)
I really liked this game.
Not only because of the tension that i had when i was playing it, but because i thought that it was really clever.
But my score was 8 because it didn't really "motivated" me or something, like, for me to keep going and finish the game no matter how much time i waste. I didn't really finish the game, i just played, but after 3 times of trying it, i actually preferred leaving it there.
I loved the graphics and it was great.
I'll play it later with hopes to change my mind.
A game of rare quality to consider it is just in it's alpha version. Minor bugs that are mostly known already and a whole lot of atmosphere on your head. Sound? Close to perfection. Graphics? There allways are things to improve, for now it is great enough for what its worth. Gameplay? On a nice level already. Hardcore, or piece of cake? I'd say - easy to learn, hard to master, exactly what a good game supposed to include. Hope the improvement will actually happen with more of cool stuff that will make anyone shiever of thrill as good as the ingame character.
This game is terrifying. The AI mechanics are great and create a genuine sense of fear with how fast the enemies are and how much of threat they are as well. The randomization is wonderful, and made each playthrough I did difficult and exciting(to an extent, of course) The storyline stays simple and interesting, and the confusion of whether you are dealing with clues from the other characters or the creatures themselves is frightfully good. The game is beautiful and the atmosphere stays chilling (not too repetitive and does not bombard the character with too many enemies or sounds) Overall it was stunning and scarily all to real to someone with a seventeen inch laptop. I highly recommend this game.
The only reason I am not willing to give it a 9 or 10 is that it's still an alpha version.
Don't get me wrong - ambiance is outstanding, jumpscares well balanced and subtle enough to be actually scary, instead od ridiculous, AUDIO is off the charts. Amazing work here!
I;m just waiting to see it develop further into a fully fleshed out game.
Some story development, maybe a riddle or two, some mechanics.
The part with maze actually changing behind your back - awesome.
To sum up - congratulations, it's outstanding. When I get more, it'll deserve a full 10 ;)
