First-person roleplaying game, based on White Wolf's popular Vampire: The Masquerade pen-and-paper RPG. Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines combines intense first-person action with an open, non-linear world, rich character development and an immersive storyline. The game plunges players into the dark and gritty vampire underworld of modern day L.A. as a creature of the night, interacting with and battling mortals and other creatures of darkness with an incredible array of vampire powers, skills and traits. Developed by Troika, Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines runs on Valve Source Technology - the same game engine technology that powers Half-Life 2.
This is a very simple reskin that changes the first-person appearance of a male PC's hands. That means that you see the effects of this mod when you're picking a lock or holding a ranged weapon. I thought that the default hands were far too weathered looking, so I made them smoother. Enjoy! Female and Nosferatu hands should be unaffected by this mod. I haven't tested on Windows, so let me know if you see any glitches. UPDATE NOV 2 2011: I made some edits to the nails so that they're less blurry. The download here has been updated. Info on how to get the old version is in the readme.
Just started using this. Nice subtle change to the hands.

thanks !

Wow - when I first played vtmb I had the same thoughts as you and happily downloaded this mod to fix the horrendous hand models. Years have now passed and I wanted to play vmtb again, and it is just so weird to come back to a mod that I I downloaded like 4-5 years ago. Nostalgia I guess.
Thanks for your mod Tremere, it's awesome!

Thanks, this is great. I just started another male playthrough a few days back and the original hands are just... well. Not toreador worthy :P
Thanks a bunch.
