I notice much of his face is normal mapped, either that or very subtle. I still dislike the hair. I like the style of the hair but it doesn't give itself enough credit.
Other then that his face seems a bit flat. I feel you should keep some more of the high poly of his face. All I can see your characters needing are facial deformations so they can yell and say stuff, as well as scream or moan as they fall over to their death. ATM they all have paper doll faces ;D. Great work, keep it up!
I really hate to crap all over someone's work like this, but that character is just so damn ugly.
