Extract to your UT2004/System folder to install. The Teledeemer mutator gives all players the Teledeemer weapon when they spawn, which allows them to fly a redeemer warhead around that doesn't explode. Instead it teleports the player to the location that it would have exploded at. Yes, it telefrags.
