Already this game is causing a stir with many mod authors turning to it in the quest to create a 'next generation' modification, by utilising this brilliant game engine. Whilst not much can be said many existing UT mods are said to be ported over so already this game looks like it is going to be a ripper - modification wise of course!

No, they're all the new announcer. I know so.
The "MegaKill" is said by the old announcer because the sound file was created before the release of the UT "1". I mean, UT includes the Megakill sound, but it's not used there. Probably the New-Gay WTF Announcer had sore throat while recording the new sounds, so they had to use some old sounds...
Er... forget it.
It also goes "Holy Sh*t" when you crank your detail to full maximum. Try that (I assume you have a great computer, I did so on my 266MHz)
I think they are Starcraft marines.... at least that was the first thing that went thru my head when I played the demo...and I don't think I'm the only one.
UT2K3 is not a great game.

Hehehe, I put it on Novice 50%speed instagib just to find those out...some of the higher ones (e.g. mega kill) are said by the old announcer.
And another game with an even gayer announcer: NFS Hot Pursuit 2! A COMPLETE disappointment game! No career mode, no damage modelling (except for the hood detaching). Shinier cars (whoopee). Chase camera still screws up when someones right behind you. And on and on and on. I do not recommend that game.
Why play the demo when we can have the FULL VERSION?!
I agree on the char designs copied, the Juggernaut is obviously a copy of the Quake2 grunt

Crap sound, glossy graphics that you cant admire due to speed, guns that looks tacky and have no meaning really, huge irrelavent levels with only vague though put into layout, insane character design that copies quake to much, nothing really that original.
