What is this? Who are you? Where are you?
This is nothing. You are nothing. You are not anywhere.

Probably you are bored of playing games. Now all are the same. People play what is actually famous, in other words, the usual. But some people thing... Is there any games that innovate? That are different? Special? Well, here comes a different one.

Welcome.

Everyone raise your glasses in celebration of four fantastically free games for everyone to enjoy this Friday! Without further ado here are your games!

Up first is [Unnamed] for Windows which asks you a simple question. Don't you think the games now are all the same? Don't you think people have no imagination to develop games? Well, this is something different. Next on the list for celebrating is Amazing Paulsonothon for Windows, Mac and Linux. May I present you a mysterious and great man of very curious talent. From grand crown city of Tyan comes a lowly guardsman who has risen above the rank and file. Taller than the mightiest tower, stronger than the greatest dragon and smarter than your average pheasant. I present you, The Amazing Paulsonothon, axe thrower ordinare!

If Axes are not your thing how about a little memory? Stack Overload for Windows is a logical game based on the idea "find a pair" like other "match up" and "memory" games, but with some interesting additions. The player plays the role of one of the rival programs that try to overflow the stack of the other program and cause the crash. Become a program! Crash the others! From flat cubes to 3D cubes Polarium for Windows and Mac is your final Freedom release! Polarium is an abstract puzzler with a simple premise. You must guide a glass cube along a set route of black and white tiles, whilst polarising the background to protect the cube from being destroyed.

Check back next week for more fantastic free indie releases!

An strange, relaxing, short and intense experience. An experimental game, something different.

This is pretty much a 260mb download to open your steam... At least for me.

Hi dehrehk =)

I had the same problem. It's because the target location on Desura is wrong for some reason (if you right click on the game in Desura and go properties, it shows the exe location as being Steam.exe).

You simply need to go to C/Program Files/Desura/Common and the game folder should be there. Open it, and launch the exe :D

I'm about to start playing now, and I should hopefully have a review out soon =)

Very interesting game. I made a speed run of it, so if anyone wants to check it out (or maybe even try to make a faster run) see it right here - Youtube.com

I liked it because it was different. Plus I like that you have options in the game for the end.

Though it hard to say what the game is because its pretty random but still enjoyable.

The Trailer didnt really show much about how the game is, so if you want to see it here is a link for my playthrough

"here comes a different one."
"It's a short but impressive game."

The game looks interesting, but I'm not sure if that's a good thing to tell everyone how "different" and "impressive" your game is. Let the people judge your work by themselves.

Anyways, downloading.

Not the impressive game I was expecting to play. While the author rises a good topic about boring cloned games, this game has nothing to back up his words. It is boring itself, clumsily made and barely has anything to do with the author's statement about mainstream games ("Hey, let's make one way corridors to represent my artistic point of view about CoD games ! lolololol"). Talking about a game, this is more of an interactive movie: just click the element that will trigger the next scene and you're…
