Monsters, weapons, potions, spells, quests, pets, bosses, a giant castle... and a funny story! Unepic is a combination of platforming and role playing games. There are many hilarious references throughout the game. The game takes place in Harnakon, a huge medieval castle. It is set in the hardcore NES Style, yet refined with the latest features. This makes Unepic a very unique game. Daniel, the hero, is a normal guy from recent times: a great videogame player, big sci-fi movie fan, novice player of role playing games, pot-head and overall, horny due to a mysterious lack of success with girls. During a D&D session he is teleported to a fantasy castle where his modern way of thinking will go against monsters and other characters from there.

Great game, atmosphere, gameplay, combat, everything is spot on. Also has some funny moments. Recommended!

Excellent metroidvania-style side-scroller.
Lots of loot, weapons, armor and customizability.
Good use of RPG mechanics in what would otherwise be a fairly simplistic side-scroller.

Very, very funny game with a lot of nice ideas!
Runs on Linux with wine 1.4 or above...

This game is awesome. One of the best games I've played on Desura so far. It's fun and adventurous plus has lots to do. Also some great humor included. Buy this game if you have not. Don't miss out on this epic game.

Great game, Action filled, many sidequests, humorous game play, classic graphics, overall fantastic game, highly recommended to anyone who likes RPG or adventure games. 10/10 Easy.
