Wikipedia: Turok will be the latest installment in the first-person shooter series of video games based on Acclaim Entertainment's comic series under the same name. The game is currently scheduled to be released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on February 5, 2008 and in the spring for the PC. It is being developed by Propaganda Games and published and distributed by Disney Interactive Studios under the Touchstone banner.

Disney Interactive's dinosaur-hunting first-person shooter Turok is set to be released on PC in 2008. Set in the distant future, players assume the identity of special-forces commando Joseph Turok as he battles his way through hordes of carnivorous dinosaurs and well-trained space pirates. In 2005, Disney Interactive acquired the licence to the Turok franchise,which originally began on the Nintendo 64. The PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game are currently under constrtion as of now

as we know many other countries will have to wait a few more days till turok comes on the shelves of game stores as shipping worldwide takes a awful long time but dont worry as there might be some disscusion that the older turok games might become sharware
