OK, I uploaded another release which will allow adjusting key assignments.

I also played around with some stuff shutting down the application. Does it terminate now? How about music, does it play smoothly (updated the backend audio libraries)?

So when i have it loaded, and im looking in a terminal under the "top" command, i see java running. I kill that and the game dies. But the only other way i kill it when it's frozen is with xkill in a run command or terminal. It just sounds like it has to be a java "QUIT" line of code, or something in the coding elsewhere is making it hang.

That's the thing, I explicitly call System.exit(0) to terminate the app. This has always worked. It's quite odd. I'll consult Google some more...

To me, it doesn't really bother me. It would only REALLY bother me if it was fullscreen capable and it did that. Having to restart Xorg after playing it each time would get annoying.

actually, you should be able to play in fullscreen mode! there is a "full screen" button on the menu screen. I guess when you exit, don't forget to go back to window mode until the exit problem is fixed!

Hello !

I just bought your game and I have two suggestions on the controls. First, I'm french, so we have different keyboards (AZERTY ones). So the WSDF controls for scrolling is almost impossible to use. Could you implement in the "Options" menu something to reassign the keys ?

Then, when I select a unit with the LEFT button and move it somewhere with the RIGHT button, it deselects automatically the unit. I'd like to keep the unit selected even if I send it somewhere, just to click again on the RIGHT button and send it somewhere else without having to select the unit again. I don't know if what I'm saying make sense.

You got it - will allow you to assign keys via the options screen! Also, yes, I'll update the LEFT/RIGHT mouse buttons so the units will not be deselected. Give me a few days to implement.

Ok so i just patched it, and tested it on my Linux laptop. It still freezes for me, after pressing the exit button. Thanks for looking into it :)

OK, let me give it another try. A shutdown hook for the app might do the trick and successfully terminate it...
