So, a small update as to the progress of the team.
Firstly and importantly I'd like to say that Yes! I did delete the offensive comments from our profile stating (incorrectly) that we're a bunch of "kiddos" and that this was a dead game, as well as the other comment that we were stealing content from The Dark Mod (again, completely false - the content was from Night-Blade and used with permission). I should like to remind people that posting (polite word:) nonsense on any pages of the Thievery 2 Development team will get your comment removed. We don't mind criticism, but there are limits when it's pure libel.
Secondly now that the unpleasantries are out of the way, I should like to say that there's a new leader (well two of them) who I'm sure you'll be pleased to get to know. Due to my recent ill health and therefore leaving the team, but the fact that we are all keen on seeing Thievery 2 reach the shadow of night (;)) Grimmsie and Industrialism have now taken on the role of joint-leaders in addition to their normal mapping and modelling tasks.
Thirdly you'll be pleased to know that our coder (Appollonius) has now managed to clear away his work enough to spend free time coding again.Iin recent months most progress has been made in the mapping and especially the modelling/animating departments, so it's good that the code will soon be making a quicker head way.
And finally you may have spotted that we now have a public forum over on the Thievery 2 games' profiles. This is a place to have your say, meet the team and - well, you get the general idea.
Finally?!?! You cry! (or weep, wail and whinge). What of the content updates to the images and videos section!
Well, quite right! The team will no doubt be posting alot more here somewhat soon. You'll notice that the development team is now labelled the Thievery 2 Devs, this is a sign of the dedication the team are commiting into getting you a game THIS YEAR ! (if all goes well- subject to change - your consumer rights are not affected).
