'A tractor'.. (or 'The Universal', either way)... is an online game for PC. Play games, explore the galaxy, or make your own world with your own game design. Various game types are available - including complex social economies - and you can play it all for free. If you're the creative type you'll find extensive in-game tools and a powerful scripting engine to let you create new game ideas. Or you can just mess around and blow each other into ostriches. It's all cool, whatever.

A super must try game. There is simply nothing like it. The ability to set off on your own at one point and change the stars with your very own planet within a given galaxy, populated by a player driven experienced content driven developed world all by yourself. Your own rule set, your own models and art. All where you want it and at your fingertips. A vast and neat scripting system and a world radio to define your own tracks of audio. Custom heightmaps, ect.

A worthy game to at least try. I've been around for 9 years almost now. And its free. Yes free.

Very clever game. Pretty much a game engine, with a common area, space, to serve as a hub to connect to player-created game-server 'planets'.

Gameplay varies depending on where you play, and limited by the imagination of the planet's creator. From the standard buy/manufacture/sell economy to become the richest player on the planet to purely combat-based planets.

Become a wealthy goods trader in space, or the most wanted space bandit in the galaxy.

It's own in-house scripting language and fully customizable models and textures give a vast canvas to create your own game for others to play.
