First level was significantly redesigned, lots of new things have been added, a lot of existed ones were retextured, shaders were changed (you can see that building is now looks more "old").
"Health" is now "Carelessness" (sorry for the typo on screenshot). You drink Vermouth to rise it and low attention to your wounds. When it drops to zero, you just fall and bleed.
The atmosphere of this level is exactly what I want: ethereal and dreamy.
