An early screenshot of Atrium Vestae in it's wireframe form. It's absolute madness, I tell you - a very complicated building, considering what I have to work with, heh.

are you using a specific book as a reference?
Actually, I cross-reference google references. I have an underlying image, visible in some of the previous screenshots, that I use for the basic blueprint. I build up from that.
I then paint in the wall heights and such from external images from google. Finally, details from more specific google results. If I'm lucky, I'm able to use the previous images found in step two.
I guess you could say that Step One is for the XY dimensions, and step two for the Z dimension, heh.
