Problem solved!
Now Desura application install the game in the correct folder and run the correct .exe file.
I'm sure that works fine for new downloaders/users.
For the people that had already download and install the game you should try to "Verify Files" or "Uninstall" and install the game again.
I think that have selected verify and worked for me.
(In Desura application, find the Ancient Mark in your list of games. Right click on it and select "Verify Files" or "Uninstall")
