Hello everyone!

It's been a while since our last update.
For this update, we present to you a small part of the Island.

The part in the yellow circle represents the area of the island where the pictures were taken from.

Also, from now on, we will be known as ORKAAN. This is our team's logo:

Next update will feature more areas of the island and ground animals.

Lastly, even though we have been able to fill most of the positions we needed since a few of our members left, and were able to push forward and continue develpment, we are still in need

of an UnrealScript programmer. So, if you are one, you are more than welcome to join us.

Hey, can you give us more progress on the gameplay aspect? I see that you guys are doing fantastic on the modeling and texturing side, but I'd like to see some actual mechanics. Great job with the game so far though.

We would really like to show off the mechanics, they all exist already and are pretty far, but certain parts are not polished enough to make a video of it. (like having no finished player character to fight, or placeholder animations looking not very well)

Check the Features list's second page for your first question. The demo will be released soon. We don't have specific date though.

I don't really recommend getting a mac, they are very expensive and you could get a way better computer from the price you can get a mac.

Also, please don't post the "can this tun it" comments here, send any of us (ShrikeGFX, me, alvaro) etc a private message if you have any questions.

Ack! Apple has easily become more evil than Microsoft. Don't understand why anyone would buy their computers in this day and age. The dividing line (in hardware) between the three primary operating systems is being lost and its all coming down to questions of morality and what you can do with an operating system.

Apple intentionally limits what their clients can do and declares it as, "Usablity," meanwhile rendering certain popular features unusable. They used to have to charge more because there wasn't a lot of demand for their systems. They haven't changed their price despite the increase in demand, which lead them to have the biggest profit margins in the last quarter.

Absolutely despicable company.

I'd rather have Linux over any of the other systems, but its too easy to encounter difficulties and not have a lot of outside assistance for it. So, Microsoft is a good balance between usability and morality because their clients call bs on the company whenever they screw up (unlike Apple).
