1. Talvez o seu PC não seja compatível por não atualizá-lo ou por uma atualização que o torne obsoleto.
2. O download falhou ou você removeu a pasta de dados
(quem precisa).
3. E o mais estúpido, você o baixou por engano no seu celular Android apenas para se deixar enganar pela aparência de uma jogabilidade simples, e que é realmente para PC.
