The last two months have been an incredible experience. The response we've received from the community has been extremely humbling, and we are convinced that Subvert is a project worth finishing. As we enter our final week of fundraising on Kickstarter.com, we find our selves woefully short of our goal of $10,000. Despite this, we are confident that with your help we can reach our goal in the remaining time.
We have recently re-structured the pledge amounts and reward brackets, so that bigger rewards are available for the lower tiers. In addition, we will be doubling up of the offer (I'm channeling Vince, the sham-wow guy here): We will offer the rewards for referrals as well. If you're unable to pledge, but can refer someone, we'll give you their reward as well, you just have to have them message us on Kickstarter to confirm. This excludes the $3,000 bracket, which is a one-of-a-kind 12-inch figure CUSTOM MADE by our own art lead, Peter Kim.
I'd also like to point out that even the smallest pledge of $1 is incredibly valuable to us, and it helps our visibility and popularity on Kickstarter, not to mention it will guarantee you the earliest access possible to the game.
Of course, we understand that many people are unable to pledge, but you are still welcome to lend us a hand by spreading the word and letting people know about our effort to revolutionize the indie shooter.
Lastly, we'd like to give you an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at our development process. Please keep in mind, this is all very early work, but it tracks our journey from a piece of paper to a prototype, and even our earliest test in weapon customization! The cherry on top is a preview of the newest track for Subvert. Enjoy!
Thank you,
Ray Barrera
