New Crowdplaying Features

"!sendgold user amount" : sends amount of gold to user. The interactivity will even increase now as your viewers are able to transfer their money to other viewers.
"!red value" : Change the RGB-Value for red to value.
"!green value" : Change the RGB-Value for green to value.
"!blue value" : Change the RGB-Value for blue to value.

Use cases for "!sendgold":

Image a situation where you rely on getting a Level 10 Item, but the only person in the stream, that is Level 10 has not enough gold to be able to afford the "!drop crazyOverpoweredLvl10Item". So you might just ask some of the other viewers to transfer a little amount of gold to the Level 10 viewer. This results in really interesting situations: Is the Level 10 viewer really trustworthy? So you get nice social and psychological interactions!
