Updated for version 1.0.3. No real changes. No need to start new game for this mod to be active. Don't forgot to choice it in launcher. Simple mod that added +4 to planet limit (9 core planets for most forms of goverment) and +10 to fleet limit, so you can defend your early expansion from aliens and pirates. Number of leaders have same limitation as in unmodded game.
