Textures and levels is what makes up that file size. Although, 700Mb is a tiny fraction of the space RAGE or BF3 take on HDD ;)

This game is absurdly excellent. Reminds me of a lot of old shoot em ups, plays flawlessly with a gamepad, the graphics are very sharp and the music is awesome.

Level design is good, the weapons are fun though I wish there were a few more. Good stuff.

I really love this game. I also like that you can use the joystick to navigate the menus now. I only have one request: please let me assign an axis to fire. I'm using an xbox360 controller, and the triggers are axis, not buttons. I would love to be able to assign them to primary and secondary fire. Other than that, no complaints! Definitely worth the price.

Thank you. Glad that you enjoy the game!
Sorry, you can't assign fire to analog sticks. But you can easily re-map buttons and triggers to do whatever you want. Just go to controls menu, click on Primary Weapon and then press desired button on the gamepad to use it to fire Primary weapons.

The good: ========= -Polished: good graphics, sound and gameplay -Challenging enough without being too challenging. -Translated into a lot of languages and you can add your own. -Collaborative mission editor, also works while playing! -DRM-free -Uses GPLed darkplaces engine (also means you should be able to do lots of modding, additionally to the available in-game editor.) -Cross-platform. Runs natively (and perfectly) on GNU/Linux. The singleplayer alone is definitely worth the cheap price. If…
