@Rabid_Elmo you are wrong, C&C1 was in development long before SC was even thought of!!! However if you are referring to C&C3 then you are probably half correct on that part.
@Rapid_Elmo Scrin was introduced in the CNC series in 99. The first Command and conquer to feature Tiberium was in 95. Starcraft was released in 98. sgtmyers88 is correct about when CnC 1 was developed.
