Hello denizens of IndieDB! It's been a long while but it's probably about time for one of them there "Updates" to let you all know what's been happening. We've been super quiet recently, but that's mainly just been because we've been trapped in the work-bunker trying to crank this game out!!
So, what's there to say? Firstly and fore-mostly, we can happily announce that we're definitely going to be on Steam! All Y'all that have been wondering if you'd ever be able to taste a full slice of Standpoint pie, the answer is now definitely and emphatic YES! Many thanks to everyone who's supported us this far along the way!
Standpoint's also going to be having a few console releases as well! Isn't that super exciting? So if you prefer to play your games with a controller instead of a keyboard and mouse, don't you worry your little selves, you'll be catered for. Of course that means I now have to code controller support into the game but hey-ho thems the breaks!
Brand new Artwork!
And finally, and probably most interestingly to you at the moment, we have some new artwork to show you! With everything that's been going on, we've finally managed to secure enough funding to bring a dedicated artist in board to help realise the artistic vision for the game and make everything look really nice! Check out the new uploads in our image gallery!
