There's a new installation procedure for both releases. They now have an fsgame.ltx file included that points to an _appdata_ folder inside the game install. Versions of the user.ltx file for ENB/non-ENB use are included there, along with the weather files to use with either option. In short: the install is shorter and more self-sustaining in that you can switch between ENB/non-ENB use at will.

I'd prefer to just bring in either AA2 weapons/anims/ballistics or maybe use AMK ballistics with OWR3 models/animations/sounds for both versions, but either is more than I have time for at the moment never having done a weapon pack merge of that sort before (models/textures/animation/sound/icons/etc).
My slight preference is for AA2 since the gunplay there was superb, but AMK's ballistics are legendary and used in so many great (Russian) mods derived from it (NS/DMX/Joint Paks, for eg).
Finally, all these changes were tested in 1.4 but I haven't had the time to test in 1.4.1. Please let me know if you see any issues in either new release!
