NOT MY ADDON! The S.T.A.L.K.E.R mod tool used to extract the files from the .db files. Place all gamedata files into a folder called old once you have extracted every .db to a folder called gamedata in stalkers main directory like. G:\program files\THQ\S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl\gamedata This will stop S.T.A.L.K.E.R using the .db files by default.

Where was this program originally from? A STALKER mod site? Would be nice to know where all of the communities are.
i extracted the files to a folder called gamedata and moved everything but when i run the game it crashes =/ any more in depth info to give?
did you modify the "FSGAME.LTX" file?
you need to change the line:
$game_data$ = false| true| $fs_root$| gamedata\
to:
$game_data$ = true| true| $fs_root$| gamedata\
just open the file in notepad and make the changes, then save.
I tried to download the mod from all links and none of them worked. Instead I got the error 404 message. Can anyone help me with that please?
