Nice animations. All I could say is they dont give the feeling of a lot of weight. The length of time the foot is in the air, the machine would start to tip a little that direction. So more of a "slam" when the foot comes down might help. Get a little side to side rocking motion in there.
Keep up the great work. That model is fantastic.
Some in progress animation work. The HERC is called a Trident.

Sounds great. I'll be keeping my eye on this one for sure.
Now I gotta keep learning UnrealEd....make some maps or something.
We have definite plans to port the MOD over to T:V once it comes out. We are also considering approaching Sierra directly to get official sanction for this since some of our staff have inside contacts there, and they have a history of packaging well constructed MOD's with some of their popular releases (Counter Strike, Team Fortress, Team Rabbit 2, etc).
Regardless of the direction we take, we plan on turning over all the assets we produce for this project to them anyways once the MOD is released for them to do with as they please. As it says in our mission statement, we don't care if it's us, them, or some other third party that makes the game, we just want to see Hercs roaming the servers again.
Very interesting. Seems like you guys are setting up for a very professional mod.
A quick question. Since the new Tribes: Vengeance is using the Unreal engine, have there been talk of later switching to that? Would be cool to have Hercs added to the new Tribes game.
Anyway, good luck on the mod! Cant wait to play it.
Darkness, I emailed you something last week. Did you happen to get it?
