Solitude (Working Title) is a PSP and PC game using a heavily modified Quake engine, expanding upon the story of Halo: Combat Evolved. Expect a great, brand new single player story and all of the most popular multiplayer modes from Halo: CE! Our team is working hard to bring the game to you as fast as possible so be sure to stay tuned for any new updates. More information can be found on our site at www.halosolitude.com. Note: We are NOT ripping anything from any of Halos! All our models and textures are our own, made by using the original Halo art only as reference.

Welcome to Solitudes 38th news update!

Alright guys, this is only going to be a short update; not much text as I don't feel like writing an essay at 1 am. There will be a new OSMC (Official Solitude Mapping Competition), so get creative and start planning out your maps!

Lastly, enjoy some new screen shots of the map.

Well they say a picture is worth a thousand words, and there are 4 of them so that 4000 thousand words. Now lets take the video in to account, lets say its running at 24 fps so that's 1632000 + 4000 = 1636000.
Crikey that's alot :P .

On a serious note pictures are the best way to show progress, words do help describe features tho, so maybe soon there will be quite a few of those. If all goes well.

Any way in other words thanks for the thought full well presented feedback.

The name is pretty self explanatory. It's a DB for indie.

Wow! Third Person Weapons rocked! They got really perfect positioned and the map is getting really nice too, oh and btw, try to put a bit more props on the map, it looks really empty, reminding me of de_dust too, as MitchellS said.

This mod looks so promising I've actually been contemplating getting a PSP just so I can get it for on the go. Will it only run on the original PSP?

The really sad thing is this has more of the heart and soul that made Halo, Halo then Halo Reach does, Bungie lost their way, I'm glad you guys found it again...

I actually feel like Halo Reach is more Halo than Halo 2/3 was. :/

I mean, I was playing through the Halo 1 campaign before the beta started, and then played the beta... Then I played Halo 3 and was sickened by it. Maybe people aren't feeling it because they spent more time with the sequels than the original?

It will run on phats. And I believe it will run on older slims. You gotta ask sam or ark on the details, I suck at the psp part of this.
