Spinning a new take on World War 2, Soldiers: Heroes of World War II pulls you out of the field and into the commander's head. Your group isn't as large as an army in Age of Empires, but the inclusion of vehicles pushes it out of the realm of squad warfare. Some squad based elements remain however, as you can take direct control of an individual soldier or vehicle and aim and move him directly with your keyboard and mouse. This can be used to great effect in raising the efficency on the front line. The game's dozens of soldier and vehicle meshes are all well modeled, textured and animated. The game's locales are very well done too, taking you to war torn Europe.

Yes,you see right.I have decided create mod which include all missions together.I think it will be better than separate missions as mods.Of course has been added new missions.

The 5 new missions for this Mod are:
- Crossroads and Town (these two can be found elsewhere in the Mod Db database. You are the Germans in 1943 fighting the Russians in Crossroads, and in Town, you are the Americans fighting the Germans, apparently in Normandy.)
- Kursk (You are the Russians fighting the Germans)
- Partisans (You are 4 Russian Partisans. One of your soldiers has a chicken. I am really curious why the designer gave you a chicken in the inventory.)
- Saboteurs - You are the British fighting the Germans.

For the Partisans mission - On Normal, I beat the Secondary Objective of capturing the infantry camp, and then beat the mission. I liked its simplicity with a few turns.
